Refund Policy
State Lord sponsorships are digital goods that go live immediately. This page sets out exactly when money comes back.
Effective date: 27 August 2026 · Operator: Timur Demir
Refunded automatically
- Payment taken but the throne was not granted. If someone completes a takeover of the same state while your payment is still being processed, your sponsorship cannot go live. We refund the full amount automatically, without you having to ask.
- Duplicate charge. If a technical fault charges you twice for the same sponsorship, the extra charge is refunded in full.
- The site shuts down. If we permanently discontinue the site while your sponsorship is active, we refund what you paid for it.
Refunded on request
If your sponsorship went live but something on our side displayed it incorrectly — the wrong state, a broken link we introduced, or a display fault we cannot fix within a reasonable time — contact us and we will refund it.
Send refund requests to timurdemir3426@gmail.com within 14 days of payment, including the state and the link you published.
Not refunded
- Being outbid. Someone paying more and taking the throne is how the product works, not a fault. Your sponsorship was displayed for the whole time you held it, and you keep the right to reclaim the state by paying only the difference.
- Removal for breaking the content rules. Sponsorships removed for illegal, abusive, deceptive or obscene content are removed without a refund, as stated in the Terms of Service.
- Change of mind after the sponsorship is live. The service is delivered the moment your entry appears on the card and the map.
- Traffic expectations. We do not promise any level of visitors, clicks or conversions, so results below your expectations are not grounds for a refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, the money typically appears within 5–10 business days. We do not charge a fee for processing a refund.
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us at timurdemir3426@gmail.com before opening a dispute with your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster directly.
